This place is like the nobu of chicken, ingredients are good prep is bad and seasoning is not really there

Sauce is not cooked through and too garlicy

Nutmeg is present which is very interesting but not enough to compensate for lack of additional flavor

I doubt i would go here again the food is whatever, i would only go here if everywhere is closed, it's not offensive but its just not that great

I would get the unseasoned chicken if you want to use your own sauce. 

The unseasoned has a cinnamon-like smell, maybe flavor too but I can’t recall. It was also quite crunchy (as opposed to crispy). 

The chicken itself was pretty good, but that’s where the merits of the unseasoned sort of stop. 

The seasoned smelled of garlic and was basically a galbi flavor. The crunchiness was a little diminished and there was some moistness not of the chicken itself but an actual wateriness. Chicken quality was like the previous one. I would get this if I got a little sick of BBQ Chicken.
